    Shower leaking
Should I call Rooter rooter for a shower drain leak. Water is coming out on the floor from under the shower. I can smell mildew. I have been told to look for an access panel but don't see one. Is someone going to have to cut through my ceiling to get to the drain? The shower is on the second floor. Is a plummer from a smaller company less expensive? This sounds expensive. Do plummers give free estimates? Help!
