    How to remove a judgement from property
    A collection agency has a judgement and is going to levey on my personal property,how do Istop this from happing

    This8384 is right. The time to stop things was BEFORE they got the judgment.

    To know if you have any other recourse we need more details. Specifically were you aware that you were being sued? Did you try to fight the judgment?
