    Tenant rights to heat repair in Dallas TX
    My apt heat and AC do not reach my master bedroom or bath room. Management says ther's notning they can do to fix it. What can I do?

    This is a Real estate law question so I've moved it here.

    You go to your local housing authority. Ask them to inspect the apartment and see if your complaints are valid. If they are, then management will be given a citation to repair the problem.
