    l1 to h4 change of status
    Hi,

    I am working for a company in US on an L1B visa. My wife is on H1B. And now I want to change my visa status from L1B to H4. So please can you let me know, what is the exact procedure?

    And how much time it takes for processing

    Iam still working for the company on L1 visa and would continue for 6 more weeks, However I'm applying for my H4 in advance .

    Is this OK to file for H4 now!!

    Wht suppose I get approval for H4 and I'm still working on L1 which is valid till 03/14/2010, will L1 become invalid OR I can continue to work on L1 validity due date

    Apart, I \'m being paid on per deim basis (+ Indian salary ) from my employer and

    So what should I enter for question 3g

    i.e.

    Have you, or any other person included in this application , been employeed in the united states since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status
