    Light headedness all day long
    Hi to all, I would like to ask why I felt light headedness all day long. I felt my head comfortable after I wakeup from sleep. It takes more than six month of unconfortable feeling on my head. Sometimes I get blurry vision then after that the light headedness is starting until I get rest from sleep. I went several times to the doctors and they just giving pain reliever. There is a day that I felt better but just very often times only. My BP is 130/90. My weight is 98kg. Is there any body who has the same situation with me? Please help me.

    Are you eating enough? Are you getting enough iron in your diet? Are you drinking plenty of water? Those are the things that usually cause my light headiness. Then as soon as I have a healthy meal and drink more water, I start to feel better. And as long as I make sure to keep eating healthy and drinking plenty of water I can usually keep the light headiness away.
