    1040nr and 1040-nrez difference
    I come in us in 11-11-2009 and so my question is whar shall I file 1040 nr or 1040 nr-ez because I have to take the refund of federal tax?

    Form 1040NR-EZ is simpler form. If it meets your requirements, file this form. If not, file Form 1040NR. If you are on F-1 or J1 or any other exempt form residency visa, you must also file Form 8843. Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Tax Filing Requirements for Non-Residents
