I am assuming she is getting regular vet care and otherwise healthy. Likely you need to accept what she is eating. Compare her to the illustrations in this link, http://www.puppychow.com/products/po...condition.aspx Then follow this method of feeding:

Put down the dish with what the dog should eat, and give it 15 minutes to eat. Then take it up. Do not give it anything to eat until its next scheduled meal. In a few days, it should be eating what it needs. Continue to check its ribs and adjust the food as needed. This is not easy. I had a Shepherd go 3 days on a few nibbles. I was a wreck, but she was fine. It is almost unknown for a healthy dog not to eat what it needs. Unfortunately, in too many cases, it is less than the package says, and less than the owner thinks the dog should have. Many dogs are quite good at holding out for tastier chow. Like kids, sometimes it calls for tough love.

Greyhounds aren't supposed to be big, heavy dogs. Although I am used to greedy Labs that will eat more than is good for them and look for more, some dogs refuse to eat more than is good for them. Some the owners even have to accept the ribs showing slightly. Look back here about a week where somebody is complaining about the vet wanting their Rottweilier to look like a Greyhound

I agree with Labman and have built a feeding routine around doing it that way.

I feed a measured amount 2 times a day - if they don't eat, I pick it up and try not to worry until they've gone 24 hrs or more without eating.

Then again, I start on the lower end of how much I think they should be eating and then raise or lower it depending on their condition.

My gordon setter is a big retired show dog, and since she was spayed, she would tend to put on a lot of weight so I have to measure her food carefully,, and many rescues come to me extremely thin. If I raised their food right off the bat, I might well make them sick...

So I agree in feeding 2 times a day and picking up the dish after 10=15 minutes. Dogs will not starve themselves unless they are feeling lousy

How long have you had her? How old is she? She is a normal wt for Greys?
Because this breed can be VERY sensitive to many things it is important that she not have acid build up in her tummy. Does she have gas? From either end?:)
