    I have an immigration case I have been paying on time monthly payment for seven months but I have no idea how the case is.they don't anserw my questions can I change lawyer and recuporate my money

    Normally the fee for immigration cases is flat rate, but most attorneys allow you to pay monthly. You must read what's written in contract between you and your attorney.

    You can ask your attorney of your case status, etc.
