    SOL on drug charges
    If a Canadian is charged with Drug Smuggling, does not show up in court, flees Canada, then returns to Csanada 23 years later, will the charge still be on file?

    Yes, once charged, there is no SOL, SOL is only from the time a crime is done, till they are charged, so once charged the SOL stops.

    So there should be a active warrant for them
