Flame sensor in a bryant 80 plus furnace
I have a Bryant 80 plus furnace. I've been having a problem for about a month, now.
I have noticed that sometimes not all three burners have a flame after the gas valve releases the gas from the manifold, which causes the system to lock after three or four attempts. The very first burner, from left to right always turns on, this one has the hot surface ignitor right in front. The second about 95% of the time, but the third one, which has the flame sensor in front, tends to be the main problem. I thought about the flame sensor, but if there's no flame even reaching it through the third burner, why would that be the problem. It sounds more like the manifold is clogged, or the gas valve not having enough pressure. But if not enough pressure, I guess there wouldn't be flame at all. So how I get it to work is that I turn off the power, turn it back on and hope for all three burners to have a flame. 80% of the time I do this, the furnace works. When it reaches my desired temp, obviously it turns off, but then when it's time to do it's function it's a 50/50 chance it'll work.
What to do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Clean the flame cross igniter bar and make sure all orifaces are not partially plugged. Of course checking gas pressures is a good idea.
