What's the characteristics of a doxie-pin?
Is it okay to pet a doxie-pin? My doxie-pin seems friendly and I'm jealous whenever there are people who touch her... lol. I want her to bite or bark those people like her parents, douchshund and mini pincher.

Your puppy seems very well-adjusted and socialized. This is something that as an owner and trainer you should be proud of. It reflects very well on you. What doesn't is your desire to have her hurt someone. Do you really want her to bite a child and for you to be responsible for the medical bills and having your dog taken away?
Why are you jealous? You should exam why you want her to be an over-aggressive animal that bites out fear or upset. Animals that do that, no matter what size they are, are a liability and in danger of being taken away from their owners and killed as 'dangerous' animals.

To elaborate on what Cat is saying, is that when dogs bark or bite it is usually out of fear. Why would you want a dog that was afraid, and not knowing what his role is? When dogs think that they HAVE to fill the alpha role, they become nervous and unpredictable. Especially when they start socialized and are trained to go backwards.
Just because he is a smaller breed doesn't mean he wouldn't become a liability.
People spend money on obiedience classes, and behaviour modification to HELP their dogs become less fearful, and some in the end have no choice but to put their overly aggressive animals to sleep.
You could try asking your friends to not pet your dog, because you suffer from a foolish insecurity, and get jelouse of them petting your dog... Just a thought.

Why do you want your dog to bite people? If that dog was something bigger and bit people who tried to pet it, it wouldn't be around very long. Just because it's little doesn't mean it's right.
And there are no characteristics of a "Doxie-Pin" as it is not a breed, just a mix, so it could go any way.

Dogs will naturally be more assertive towards strangers. Wanting, or wishing, or even imagining your dog biting people or acting aggressively towards strangers is really not a good thing to even think. A lot of great dogs get put down because of their issues with strangers.
Any type of aggression is based on fear. Your dog seems to be very good around people and tolerant of strangers coming up and petting her. Like Cat said, that speaks volumes on your behalf on how you raised your dog. You should be proud of yourself, not wishing strangers to get hurt or be afraid of your dog...
If your nervous of someone stealing your dog, then don't leave her with anyone who you don't know or trust. Micro Chipping is also a wonderful tool to use. No one can see the chip or know the dog even has one... If the dog does get stolen for whatever reason, you can put an alert on the chip. I have heard of dogs returning to their rightful owners because of the microchip.
The world loves good, happy, friendly dogs... Not aggressive, possessive, nippy dogs. All it takes is for your dog to draw blood and for that blood to belong to a person who is not a real big dog lover. Dogs with a bite history don't make it very far in this world... no matter what the situation is.

I always worry about people stealing my dogs... I have purebred minaiture poodles, both ex show dogs, worth a lot of money, that's why I keep them locked inside when I go out... problem solved.
My dogs are never allowed in the backyard unsupervised and we have tall fences for extra security.
