    L1- L2 Tax filing
    Hello,
    I am on L1 B working in usa since September 2008 and got married on April 2009, my spouse came to usa as a dependent for two months and returned to india in the month of October 2009 . He got his SSN in those two months. Can I still file my Tax returns jointly?

    Yes, you can file joint return as residents. You must both report your worldwide income for the year.
