Kenmore quiet guard 3. grinding when washing.
Washer was grinding for about a month and now today it starts washing and stops all along grindng. I took the screen off the bottom and found 2 pieces of broken glass. One piece was wedged. Thought I might have fixed it but to no avail. Would anyone know if the motor is the problem.

I took the screen off the bottom of the unit and found some broken glass. Thought I fixed the grinding but it came right back. Is the motor shot. This unit is only 5 years old

I have a Kenmore Quiet Guard 1 and it worked fine yesterday but now will not work at all. The lights on the front come on but when I close the door and turn the knob to normal wash it does nothing. We flipped the breaker, although I knew it was getting power because the lights were on, and still...
