Trane xr12 not heating blowing cold air
Electric heat pump blowing cold air out vents.Temp outside in high 40's main air handler breakers are set,unit faqn is running inside and out can't get the temp inside above 65 and the unit has been running long enough from past experience it is a 2003 model.
