    Motion to dismiss for failure to make payments
    I'm in a Chapter 13, but missed a couple of payments. Now, I have received a motion to dismiss for failure to make ? What happens next?

    What happens next? You will be in exactly the same financial mess you where in prior to the filing of the Chapter 13 except now you'll be in worse of a mess. Have you retained an attorney when you filed the Chapter 13 proceeding? If you did, then I would suggest going back to this attorney and see if you can file a Chapter 7 proceeding.
