Claim against Investment (bank) need attorney
Multiple complaints about services from WF Financial Services, including improper investments. WF were horrible, refused to meet w/me, etc. I filed 50 pg. document describing horrible service and flat out illegal things they did. Filed w/SEC who said it wasn't their jurisdiction--Requesting $15,000 about + damages, not enough for SEC, but very interested in the info--even called me. Told me to file with FINRA. They kep it 5 months then said it was too old,. first time I could file anything was 1/09. Filed w/SEC in 8/09, FINRA in 10/09. Got answer 1/28/10 that it was too long. No attorneys, per attorney Referral, who can deal with SEC (or my claim.) Asking too much for Small Claims ($15,000) and too little for attorney even if I could find one. So I guess WF is going to get away w/ major delays in carrying out instructions (6 weeks) on investments, and totally improper investment (into one of their own strange CD's) unless someone here can give me a suggestion.. they refused to do anything! Because I sent a letter of complaint about the failure of the investment counselor to even sell my investments after a 6 week period.

You merely need to hire one and pay them, If you are looking for an attorney to do this for free I doubt that will happen.

As I said, an attorney would make about $5000 plus,. contingent fee,. but there aren't any that seem to be able to handle this type of law... at least, none in this area, according to the one that I found that used to do it and per the Attorney Referral Service for this state.
