    Mann bracken llp
Someone showed at at my door last year with a summons for Target and I do owe 8,000. Could not pay it. It went to court and I was ordered to make monthly payments to Mann Bracken LLP. I live in California. I have been sending 151.00 a month. The interest is still going it will not stop. I guess that is the way the courts set it up. I know nothing and I don't understand. My check came back today and I called and the number is disconneted now. What should I do? How can I get the interest to stop. I will never pay off this debit.

Contact the court that issued the order and ask what to do. In the meantime continue to make your monthly payments into a separate account.
