    Perimeter of an isosceles triangle
    What is the area of a triangle with a base of 3 ft. and height of 6 ft?

    The subject line says "perimeter," but the question asks about "area." I will assume that you mean area.

    The area of a triangle is calculated as follows ( aformula you should memorize):

    Area = 1/2 Base x Height.

    Can you take it from here?
