My refrigerator water dispenser leaks everywhere when in use

We have a side by side with ice maker and water dispenser. The ice maker/dispenser works just fine, but when using the water dispenser it leaks everywhere. It doesn't seem to come down in a stream like it used too, instead it's a slow leak that never makes the cup and ends up all over the tray and front of the refrigerator. Any thoughts?
