    Does my sister have the rights to stop me seeing nephews niece
    My sister has stopped me having contact with my niece and nephews I've been supporting her children since birth I've looked after them since birth she can't handle her children I've had my eldest nephew since birth and now his a victim of child abuse by both his parents the other to never get hit shouted at swore at basically never treat bad like my eldest nephew.

    Please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky in the Children forum (where this was moved from) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.

    I'm sorry but your question is very confusing. You say you've been supporting her children, HOW? Do you have custody, guardianship or what?

    If you think the child is a victim of abuse report it to your local family services agency and let them know you are willing to foster them.

    The legal parents have the right to control who their children see.

    For any further help, you really need to describe the dynamics here. It would help if you user punctuation and other grammar to type in intelligible sentences.
