Is there a reason you haven't taken your dog to the vet?
It could be almost anything. Please get your dog looked at.

Some questions:
How old is the dog?
How often is it out in the yard unsupervised?
Does it act interested in food at all?
Is he drinking?
Urinating?
How are his stools? Any diarrhea?
Is he the type of dog to get into something?
Notice any vomitting?
Is he up to date on vaccines?
Did you see him eat anything?
As you can see, we need a lot of information - we can't wave our wand and come to a conclusion.

He is about a year
We don't have gras but I do take him out for a walk every day with my other dog
He doesn't act interested in food at all I tried feeding him and he won't eat
He also won't drink much and when he does he throws up the water
He got some diarrhea today it had some grass in it
His vomit had been clear with white bits like mucus but awhile ago he throw up yellow with white

You could try feeding your dog yogurt.. Sometimes with upset tummies, the natural bacterias that are within yogurt help to settle down the stomach. Ive used it on my dogs plenty of times with they haven't eaten for awhile and have problems eliminating... Works 98% of the time... You can get any flavor too.. Id stay away from any of the yogurts with fruit chunks in them.. Dogs seem to like the vanilla yogurt the best.
And if it doesn't work... Then you just fed your dog yogurt. There aren't too many side effects to feeding yogurt... I usually buy the small singles and give the dog about half in the morning and half at night.

With all of those symptoms combined you should be asking you vet why, not looking online.
I understand you may be concerned about the cost. But what is more important, $200 or your dogs life?
There are numerous things that can cause vomiting in a dog. The most common problem is eating something they shouldn't, Sometimes objects they chew on will get lodged in the stomach or intestine and create a blockage. Gastrointestinal viruses (such as parvo, and corona) can also cause vomiting (as well as diarrhea). Intestinal parasites are also a big possibility. Internal problems with the liver , pancreas, or kidneys will also cause dogs to vomit. Pancreatitis is another common problem in dogs and results from dogs eating fatty foods/table scraps. Pancreatitis is an inflammation in the pancreas that makes dogs feel very ill and they often vomit profusely. If your dog has a long history of vomiting, there could be a food allergy, or irritable bowel problems. There are many other causes, but those are the most common.
BUt once again, only a vet can decide or tell you what is wrong.
Temporary appetite loss in dogs is not serious, as dogs can stay healthy and active even if they fast for 48 hours. In fact, dogs instinctively fast when there is a need for internal cleansing and detoxification.
However, if your dog suddenly loses his appetite or stops eating altogether for more than two days, the it is most likely caused by some underlying health problem.
