    How to lose a lot of weight in two weeks, help please
    Hi I am a boy who weighs 200 pounds, yeah I'm obese. My height is 5'11" and I am 16 years old. I am being made fun of at school and I don't know what to do, I can't control what I eat because I don't know what I should eat and etc. Please help in anyway possible, all advice accepted.

    Time to talk to your doctor. He/she can discuss a health plan with you and get you on a health diet and exercise program.

    Thanks, I am truly sorry, I did not know that. I already talked with my doctor but she did not help, she would not tell me a diet plan, she sent me to some nutrition classes but that did not help, so if you have any plans or ways to lose weight please do tell me. I am very great full, thank you in advance.

    Why didn't the nutrition classes help? Did you listen? Did you follow their advice? It only works if you actually do what they suggest.

    As for exercise, what's your daily routine? Do you run? Do you bike? Do you go to the gym, swim, lift weights? What do you do for exercise?

    What do you eat right now and how often?

    I exercise for at least one hour three days a week. Well for two weeks because we have to for tennis. Its only until conditioning but other than that I don't do any exercise, and I basically eat whatever I find. I eat a lot and I can't control, if you can can you please give me a diet plan and an exercise plan that would be very helpful. There was only three people in the nutrition class and what was said in the class was helpful in a way because I know what food is good and what is not but I still don't know what to eat and how much. Please help me, thank you.
