Can non custodial father watch child while mother is in school?
Does a non custodial father have the right to take care of his child because the custodial mother decided to go attend college? Custodial mom does not have a good relationship with non custodial father. Custodial mom wants her elderly grandparents to take care of a 20 month old child. Is there anything he can do without having to go to family court? Thanks.

No, there is no inherint right as far as daycare goes. If its something your set up to handle then take it to a judge to grant it to you. When the child is with her then its her time and when the child is with you its your time. As such its also your turn to make decisions. Daycare is one of those decisions.
