    The spindle needs to be replaced on the motor is there a replacement part
    The spindle will not hold the fan is there anything that can be done the motor is fine

    Is there not a set screw to hold the fan on? Could you drill and tap for a set screw? I'd do one on each side for balance. Not much info to go on, but motor shafts are not usually a diy replacement. Good luck
