    Overstaying visa return to us
    Hello,
    We need advice!
    My 'soon to be husband' has overstayed his J-1 visa by 3 years and now may return home. Do I marry him in his home country of Brazil and how long will it take to get him back in the US?

    He's subject to 10 years bar... the best choice is get married in US and file for adjustment of status asap... get experienced immigration attorney.
