    Maple chase thermostat
    In the Heat mode, the burner does not come on.
    The fan does not come on when the ON is selected in either the Heat or Cool mode.
    The system remains inoperative when the Cool mode is selected.
    The batteries are good.
    Is this a thermostat malfuction?

    What is the measured voltage at the thermostat output when it calls for heat?
