New whirlpool dryer does not turn
Recently purchased a Whirlpool dryer. I read all the instructions, and correctly installed the dryer. The tub of the dryer seems to be offset, as it makes a rubbing sound when it is manually rotated. It will not rotate when the power button is pushed in, however, the motor will attempt to come on when the power button is pushed, but immediately clicks off.
