I lost the man I love just before Xmas,. n I'm destroyed,. he has already found someone new, n I carnt imagnie anyone else but him in my arms,. how long will I cry,. how long will I drink away my feelings ov lonleyness,, I just want it all to end for me, I have lost all I loved in life my hopes and dreams have been smashed..
He will be sleeping wiv his new girlfriend this weekend and all I can do is cry and cry,. I want to curl up and die,. how will I get past this,.

Charliejo sorry for your break-up. But consider it was for the best. He moved on pretty fast, if its only been since Christmas. HE probably did you a favor, but you might not see it now.Doesn't sound like such a nice guy if he is already jumping in bed with someone else.

The first thing you need to do is stop playing the sad love songs,stop looking at old text messages,and watching the phone,stop thinking if only I had done this or that,or even that it was your fault,it was not.

He most likely knew this girl before the breakup,and in his head had finished with you before he actually said the words.

Get washed,get dressed,call your friends,call your family,gather support around you.

This will pass,just take one day at a time.
