    Claiming children on taxes without documentation
    Can I claim My son every yr. since I am the one that has Him the most? The father is suppose to be paying child support but doesn't and we haven't been through court at all as far as custody goes so can the father claim Him instead of me?

    The person who has the child more than 50 percent of the time is the one who is legally allowed to claim the child.
