    Civil Court
    A) Does a judgment in civil court have a limitation on collection. If an individual, not me of course, was found to owe a landlord $1000 plus interest and no payments have been made for 10 years, does the injured party lose their rights to collecting the $1000?

    B) If there is no limitations of collection, does the person who inherits the estate of the injured party inherit the right to claim the $1000?

The statute was 20 years; it has since been changed on debts after 2002. It appears that you fall within the 20 year statute.

I find nothing to indicate that anyone can "inherit" the Judgment. It appears to be one individual against another.
