    Claim Stimulus
I didn't claim stimulus in 2008 taxes... can I claim it now...

Actually I was on non resident category ( f1 visa) so I did not claim...

Now I am in H1b ( Since one year) hence resident category..

    Any stimulus this year?

Sorry, but no RRC this year.

However, if you can file as a resident alien, you should qualify for the Making Work Pay credit of $400.

    The form is Schedule M.

You can download the instructions for Schedule M from Internal Revenue Service.

Essentially, anyone with earned income under a set amount is eligible for the credit, provided the file Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.
