Cracked cistern and water on one side of base of toilet
Hi there. Wondering if anyone can help. I noticed a couple of days ago water at the base of the toilet, but only on one side of it. Thought nothing of it as I had just had a bath, and cleaned it up.

Gone in today to give the bathroom a clean and found water in the same place again. Mopped it up and thought I'd just check the toilet over.

Noticed lots of cracks in the cistern ceramic and water trickling out of some of them. Couldn't see or feel water anywhere else.

Would the water appearing on one side of the base of the toilet be coming from the cracks in the cistern ceramic, or are the two unrelated?

Will I need to replace the whole toilet?
    Thanks

Time to replace the tank. Go to a plumbing shop and purchase a tank by the same manufacture. If the mounting holes line up that's all you need to buy. Good luck, Tom

Hi, I really would love any advice possible. I drained the water tank to change a washer on the bathroom tap and now that I've refilled the tank, water no longer enters the cistern of the toilet. I don't know whether this is down to an airlock or a blockage in the inlet pipe. This is...
