GE monogram frig water dispenses fast at first then to trickle. New filter in.
When you first hit dispensor for water it comes out fast every time but immediately slows to a trickle. Filter has been replaced and even bypassed with bypass plug provided. Have read about icing problem but we have flow it is just very slow. Have cheked line into frig and pressure is strong.
