    What can I do if my daughters mom wants someone else to claim our daughter illeagally
    My baby's mom and I are separated and she won't let me see my daughter but then she put me on child support and wants her sister to claim the baby illeagally.

    Well, if you really want to stop it, a phone call to the IRS Fraud and Abuse Hotline should do the trick.

    Of course, you had better be sure that what she is doing IS illegal.

    If your baby's mother lived with her sister and her sister provided more than half of the baby's total support for 2009, then the sister CAN legally claim the child as her dependent.
