    Help!
    My computer screen has shrunk on the sides. Does anyone know how I can fix this and expand the picture back to full screen.

    Usually this is controlled by a menu built into the monitor. Activate that menu and you can manage the size and position of the viewing area.

    Yeah, definitely, it sounds like the monitor settings itself, try adjusting them using the buttons on the front (usually) of the monitor as ScottGem suggests!

    Your monitor came with a manual. That shoulod tell you how to access the menu. If you can't find the manual, check the manufacturer's website. Do you see any buttons on the monitor? Typically, there buttons to open the menu + and - buttons or up and down arrows.
