In Ontario, when does the statute of limitation end
A debt was incurred about 8 years ago relating to a sale of property and I got a judgement. Approx. 3 years ago the judgement was set aside because of some irregularity in the Sherrif serving the papers. Can I restart the suit or does the Statute of Limitation take effect?

Just as a side issue - why did you wait 3 years in order to refile?
