    Wiring desk lamps in series - UK
    Dear Helpers

    I would like to wire a pair of desk lamps in series so that they are powered by a single wall socket and have one switch that activates both lamps.

    Firstly is this possible and secondly should I use a different fuse in the plug to make sure nothing blows up?
