Car won't start
1993 Cadilliac Sedan De Ville... new feul pump, filter, throttle body but still won't start. I put a spark plug on a spark plug wire to determine if it is firing and it is, but kind of slow. How do I know how fast this spark should spark? And how do I go about fixing this problem?
