Father did not register for putative+florida
Father has not had any correspondence since 6 weeks pregnant.. He never registered for the registry and has failed to make any contact with the child for one year. Birth mother has had no offer of help for 18 months. Does birth father have any rights to the child.
Birth mother has not pursued father and he has made to attempts to see or help with child
Should birth mother seek full custody with the courts or leave things as they are?

Is there a child support order from the courts,? If not, he does not owe any support at this time

He has the right to ask for a DNA test, to ask for visits if he wants, Court may require counseling and/or supervised visits to start.
He does not have any rights now except to go to court to get rights.
