    Bad breath before death
    My mom passed away just this morninbg and we were with her till the end but I noticed that her tongue was sort of scabby and her breath was really quite bad. Things definitely not associated with my mom. I don't feel that there was anything wrong but why was this?

    Was she breathing through her mouth, on oxygen, running a high fever, a dialysis patient?

    Yes she was beathing with her mouth and she had got the oxygen up her nose. No fever or dialysis.
