    I worked with a J1 visa in December 2008, could I still claim a tax return ?
    I worked with a J1 visa in December 2008, could I still claim a tax return ? And if that is possible.. which forms will I need to fill?

    Yes. You can file for refunds for 2008 up until 15 April 2012.

    You need to file Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ plus Form 8843.
