Is my weight causing me health problems?
I am currently 21 almost 22 years old. Male. I am about 5'11''. And I weigh about 205 pounds right now. I was a very athletic person for about 3 years. I used to be more over weight when I was younger and slowly grew into the weight and because very athletic in downhill mountain biking and beach skimboarding.

During almost all of last year I was not able to preform these sports for I had moved and worked full time around the clock. Some of my weight had returned (about 15 pounds) and I am currently in a stressful long distance relationship. I am trying to loose my extra weight and get back into working out.

I currently have been going to the gym for about 30-50 minutes everyday at my apartment complex doing the tredmil or bicycle riding. Along with this I have been active moving in. I have also been doing weights. I have been watching my diet making sure not to be eating greasy food if I can avoid it and eating only when I am hungry and making sure to stop when I am full. Recently for the past week I have only seen very small changes in my weight. About a change in 2-4+- pounds.

When I am running or working out or later on in the day I feel really tired and dizzy. I thought it had been from a dehydration from moving from Florida to the desert of Arizona. My skin is really dry, but I don't know why my body is reacting this way. Is it because I haven't been very active until lately? Is it because I could be dehydrated? Any information would help. Or even ways to help me loose my weight at a better and healthier way. Thank you
