Hence, COMFORT INN HOTEL ITALY seeks to employ your services for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts and conditions herein. This document embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract.
JOB LOCATION:
The work location will be at COMFORT INN HOTEL ITALY, Via 20 roma Milan ITALY.

SALARY INDICATION/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS

HAZARD/ INCONVENIENCES: Euro 210 (MONTHLY)
CAR MAINTENANCE: Euro 200 (MONTHLY)

JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:
You will be expected to resume your job at COMFORT INN HOTEL ITALY After your one month training program in COMFORT INN Hotel ITALY . To enable you meet up to our standard of services here in COMFORT INN HOTEL ITALY where your main job will commence; you are also entitle to receive monthly salary during your
Training program, Work time shall be 42 hours a week (6hrs a day) for the two (2) years contract term. Employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if their work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall be liable to Increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.
All employees successfully screened and recruited shall be required to furnish us with their valid ITALY residence and work permits papers on or before the date as a proof of readiness to join our team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption. (For applicants residing in ITALY.)ITALY residence and work permit must be valid for the next two years. If not valid employee are advices to do the necessary
Process/renew. Employee shall be duly reimbursed after their expense has been substantiated with receipts not later than fourteen
(14) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts.
However, for expatriate who do not have valid ITALY visa and work permits papers, are to furnish us with the following
Requirements for the processing of their entry clearance and work permit visa.
• Scan copy of valid international passport details.
• Police clearance letter
• Employment certificate
• Hand written employment acceptance letter.
• Residence visa (IF NOT CURRENTLY AT HIS/HER COUNTRY)
• 245.EURO for processing/courier delivery fee.
The hotel management will apply for the entry visa here in ITALY to ensure immediate development and immediate approval by the embassy in your country. And all the supporting documents relating to your entry clearance processing will be address to you via courier service. (Provide active address).
The entry flight ticket of the employee to ITALY and the returning flight ticket to residence country are under the care of the HOTEL management.
Note: All ITALY based employees' are to report personally to our office in ITALY with their documents (including this contract document) for identification, signing, and collection of hard copy of their contract documents.
This is in line with the expatriate statuary law of the ITALY in compliance with the U.N. Terrorism Act.
LEAVE PERIOD:
Employees are entitled to 2 months aid leave period, which can be taken once at a time or 2 weeks apart one different leave period. Employee will receive 4,000 EURO take home for each leave period.
FEEDING & ACCOMMODATION:
Employee is expected to reside at the Staff Quarter at Milan if they so wish. There are double bedroom and flat options for employee to choose from. Family package status is available for employee that wishes to Re-locate with Family.Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff
Canteens. Dietary options, customized cooks and dietitians are available options.
MEDICAL EXPENSES:
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family
OFFICE GADGETS TO BE PROVIDED:
Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 512 MB RAM (Pentium M), 24XCD-RW,60GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and necessary software shall be provided for workers in the administrative,secretarial, architectural, layouts and designing departments. Time Internet access is available for all workers.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Safety and security of personnel (local/foreign) and facilities on job locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.All operations on job location are designed to adhere strictly to the standards of Italy Health and Safety Department (IHSD) and ITALY Environmental Health Authority (IEHA) as applicable in HOTEL industries.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
