    Who can I ask a title of a movie
    This movie I think was made in the 70's. I use to watch it all the time on HBO when I was a kid back in the early 80's. I believe it was set in the future, where car racing was outlawed. This guy had a racecar buried in his garage. For some reason, he digs it up, rebuilds it, blows up the garage door and races out. The authorities chase this guy, and that's all I know about the movie. I'd like to watch the movie again, but I have no clue what the name of it is.
