I'm 19 years old and my hair getting white about 8-15 hairs (in two years) and I want to know why my hair getting white and if there
Is any way that I can stop my hair getting white.

so, you're worried about a dozen or so gray hairs over a two year time span?

you're overreacting. Sometimes you just end up with a random gray hair or three. I've had random gray hairs since I was little. Chances are, you're not going to start going seriously gray for a long time.

find something more important to stress over.

Or try not to stress over anything. I don't know if it's true or not, but there's a rumour that stress is one of the causes of getting white hair.

If you're worrie dabout it, dye your hair. If you're blonde then nobody will really notice them, You know what you should do? Not worry about it. Yep, That's right, It's not a big deal.

Sure can hheath, just keep cool and tackle things positively. It's all about the mental strength :) Positive attitude is the way to go.

just tell them that they showed up one day and you kind of like them.

I've told a couple people, who were being particularly annoying about it, that I had even named them ^_^

My sister has a lot of white hairs too. She has had them since she was a teen. It's nothing to worry about. You can dye it easily but you can't do anything else to stop it. You probably won't get a lot of white hair until you are much older.

It might be genetic too. If a lot of people in your family have had a head of white hair at a youg age you might too. I have a cousin who has a wife that has had a head of white hair since she was a teen and everyone in her family has too. She just dyes it. You can't even tell she has white hair.

Well, it is known that many female Indians happen to have black hair until they're very old, and without any dye.

Incidentally, they often use natural oils like coconut oil or the coconut milk. Also, there are some other natural products like aloe vera. I suggest you can give it a try. That can't hurt.

Lol yeah Im 19 too and I have had some white hairs and they're only in the front part of my head where I feel stress.. so I just pluck them out it's kind of fun
