    Vitamin C pills
    Is it true that taking Vitamin C pills could lighten the skin?

    Hello.no I do not think it lightens the skin by itself. But taking at least 2 pills daily really gives glow and brightens the skin. You can use it in addition with your regimen and your skin will be bright not just light and uneven. Plus it's good for health.

    You say it brightens the skin? What does that mean? LOL it seems to me that lighten and brighten means the same thing.

    Oh? To me it is different but I'm not a english native speaker so I don't know by brightens I was meaning giving a glow or making your skin look healthy .sorry :o

    They might... but what about the long term effects 10 or so years down the road... we don't know yet if these cause cancer or other health issues.

    I've been taking 500mg L-glutathione & 1,000mg Vitamin C every morning, and my skin is glowing and radiant after only 7 days! My face looks like I just had a facial... I definitely will be taking Vitamin C pills for life.. My intention is to lighten my skin quickly, so I'm searching this website for monobenzone sources...
