    Noma thermostat
    I have a noma programmable thermostat 52-2558-8 & Lennox furnacec33-25b-2-3
I am running the fan on "on" which means it should not turn off - but it does turn off and then start again after a few minutes - I disabled the cycling and it still turns off and restarts - I call a lenox tech and he said the noma thermostat is not compable to my lennox furnace - is this true should I buy another make of thermostat ?- or is there something else I should try?

The lennox tech should know what he`s talking about,, Lennox is so weird it wouldn`t supprise me,he might be wanting to sell you a tstat,, get yourelf a good honeywell and install it yourself

Just wondering, why are you wanting to run the fan all the time,, a lot of people do that in the summer in ac season,, but not many in winter

Some systems do just that. A thermostat won't fix it.

Sorry this came to me as I pressed enter - according to the builder tech guy he was told its less wear and tear on the furnace fan to keep it running 24/7 vs off/on cycle.

    Agree. Can't spread thhe rep.

Some Honeywell stat's have a dehumidification option. Generally they sacrifice measured temperature (Raise it a bit) for lower humidity.
