Low Water Pressure, Can't Turn Water Off
I recently replaced the faucet in my kitchen. It worked fine for about 2 weeks, then suddenly the pressure of the hot water dropped by about 2/3. I thought maybe the cartridge was clogged and turned off both the hot and cold water under the sink. I turned on the faucet to drain the excess water, but the hot water continued to come out with the same force as before, and did not stop. I am certain I turned the water off completely. I started to disconnect the hose between the pipe and the faucet until water started spraying out. Any help or suggestions on how to resolve this will be greatly appreciated.

I didn't, but I had a plumber change it. That was getting a little advanced for me. I was glad that I could tell him what the problem was though.
