    Hello jungle:

    The "conditions" under which your charge was dismissed was probably that you not violate the law again. If you do, the condition will not have been met, and they can restore the charges against you.

    Are you planning on breaking the law again?

    If not, don't worry. Keep you nose clean and you should be fine. Or did you not learn your lesson the first time?

    Thus the issue, you were given a chance but screwed up and got arrested for a second time.

    1. you will most likely not get the 1st crime dismissed or sealed at the end, so it will be showing up, new crive would be a second offense
