    Does a police officer have to sign a DUI ticket?
    Got a DUI ticket and the arresting officer did not sign the ticket? Does this mean that the infraction was never actually served? Can submit a motion to the judge to dismiss?

    You can try but I'm not that certain that you will succeed in getting a DUI dismissed. Worth a shot.
